ECP -  Emergency Communication Plan

A documented strategy detailing how the HEART Team will share information, send alerts, and stay connected during an unexpected event. It establishes protocols for overcoming disrupted communication networks (voice and data) to ensure safety and enable swift reunification of communications.

COOP - Continuity of Operations Plan

It is an emergency framework that outlines how the HEART Team will sustain its critical mission-essential functions during a disruption. It also clearly defines who steps into the leadership role if key leadership is unavailable.
