Team Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a valid FCC Technician Class Amateur License or higher.
Must complete the HEART Team Application and provide copies of all required documentation..
Have a valid government issued identification.
Have completed the following online courses: ICS 100,200,700,800
Be a strong team player.
Attend HEART orientation and training.
Attend healthcare facility specific training as required.
Must pass a background check at chosen healthcare facility.
Must be willing to participate in monthly radio tests, drills and exercises from your designated healthcare facility.
Must have knowledge of ICS forms.
Must have a professional appearance and attitude.
Be available for HEART activation.

NOTE: Because you may be called into service for the same reasons we need you, you may not be ALPHA/essential or re-callable personnel such as Fire,
EMS, Law Enforcement, Active Duty Military, or Private Sector Equivalent.
